I. Etiology:

Due to various reasons, there is no final conclusion yet.

Second, the pathogenesis:

Vaginal fibroma mainly comes from elastic fibers contained in connective tissue of vaginal wall. This kind of tumor is rare, it is often single growth, hard, pedicled, movable at the base, with inconspicuous capsule, and mostly occurs on the vaginal wall. Small tumors have no obvious symptoms, and when they increase, vaginal dropping feeling or sexy unhappiness may occur.

Neurofibroma mainly comes from nerve sheath cells. The tumor is located under the vaginal mucosa, showing multiple nodules of different sizes, with unclear boundaries, soft touch and elastic feeling. Generally asymptomatic, occasionally growing larger, can produce vaginal discomfort or sexual intercourse difficulties.

Vaginal leiomyoma mainly comes from vaginal intramural muscle tissue or vascular wall muscle tissue. Muscle cells proliferate abnormally and form clumps. Small fibroids are asymptomatic, and when they increase, they have vaginal swelling and sexual intercourse disorder.

Papilloma is a benign mucosal lesion. Clinical manifestations are diverse, in the vaginal mucosa can be small and flat, filamentous, papillomatous or fusion into a mass, can also be vegetable pattern. Patients can also appear leucorrhea increase, pudendal pruritus, occasional bleeding after sexual intercourse, and few malignant changes.
