1. Vulvar and vaginal inflammation

Antibacterial vaginal suppository should be used for nonspecific vaginitis. Trichomonal vaginitis can be treated with topical or oral drugs, and the man needs to be treated at the same time for more than 10 days in each course of treatment.

2. Hermaphroditism

Artificial vaginoplasty can be done to remove hypertrophic clitoris, and there is little hope of pregnancy in general.

3. Vaginal mediastinum

Mediastinectomy can be done if it affects sexual life and fertility.

4. Congenital absence of vagina

Such patients have no hope of giving birth and can be treated with vaginal plasty.

5. Hymen atresia and vaginal atresia

Cross incision or resection is feasible for hymen atresia. Congenital vaginal atresia mostly occurs in the complete vaginal diaphragm at 1/3 of the vagina. Vaginal diaphragm resection is feasible, and vaginal contraction and stenosis should be prevented after operation. Acquired vaginal atresia is mostly secondary to inflammation, tumor, delivery, trauma or vaginal adhesion stenosis and atresia caused by local use of corrosive drugs.

6. Vaginal spasms

True vaginal spasm can be treated with sedatives and psychotherapy. Vaginal spasm caused by organic lesions needs symptomatic treatment.
