torsion of penis

Penis torsion refers to the penis head twisting to one side, deviating from the midline, and mostly showing counterclockwise direction, that is, twisting to the left. The penis of this kind of patients generally develops normally, and some patients are complicated with hypospadias or abnormal foreskin distribution. The ventral midline of penis deviates to one side. Many cases are found during circumcision or eversion of foreskin.
