tension headache

Tension headache, also known as muscle contraction headache, is the most common headache type, and its prevalence rate is generally higher than migraine, accounting for about half of outpatient headache patients. It is mainly due to the pressure and heaviness of the head caused by the continuous contraction of neck and head and face muscles, and some patients complain that the head has a "tight hoop" feeling.
