This disease is more common in middle-aged women. Skin lesions distributed symmetrically on the face, neck and upper chest, which were reddish brown or bronze pigment spots of different sizes. Most of them are reticular, with superficial white atrophic spots and telangiectasia. Often without conscious symptoms, occasionally itching and burning pain.
