Symptoms of Mycobacterium scrofula infection

I. Symptoms

Granulomatous nodules occur 10 days to several months after trauma, and may also appear erysipelas-like appearance, with only mild pain and no other conscious symptoms. Nodules do not exceed a few centimeters, which can form fistula with pus overflow, and can also show verrucous keratinization hyperplasia on the surface, leaving scars after healing within 1 year. The damage is often single, but multiple skin lesions can also occur if there are multiple trauma. Local lymph nodes can be enlarged without systemic symptoms.

Second, diagnosis

Chronic granuloma with almost no conscious symptoms after trauma can become fistula or verrucous, and local lymph nodes are enlarged. Acid-fast bacillus culture and strain identification can be diagnosed.
