Compressive urticaria symptoms

Typical symptoms: The skin lesions are large erythema, deep edema, and the central blood vessels are white under pressure.

Compressive urticaria symptoms

Most pressure urticaria is delayed. 4 ~ 8 hours after skin compression, red edematous plaque occurs in local skin, often deep edema, involving dermis and subcutaneous tissue, similar to angioedema, with burning or pain, which lasts for about 8 ~ 12 hours. Very few are immediate type, and skin lesions appear 20min after local compression.

About half of the patients can have fever, hyperhidrosis, dizziness, headache, nausea, fatigue, weakness, shortness of breath, irritability and other systemic symptoms, and a few have mental depression.
