Symptoms of clear cell sweat gland adenoma

Typical symptoms: Clear cell sweat gland adenoma occurs in middle-aged and elderly women, and is most common in scalp. The skin is a single or multi-leaf solid or cystic nodule, and occasionally it is a raised skin mass with a diameter of 5 ~ 30mm. Flesh-colored or red lesions, usually solitary, grow slowly, and may be lobulated and dome-shaped nodules. The texture is hard, the surface is smooth, and the center tends to break. It is often accompanied by conscious symptoms such as sweating, bleeding, tenderness, itching and burning. It often occurs after trauma, which can be enlarged after electric cauterization, radiation or other stimulation.

I. Symptoms:

1. Clear cell sweat adenoma is a single solid or cystic nodule, and occasionally a protuberant skin mass with a diameter of 5 ~ 30mm. Meat-colored or light-colored damage, which can be lobulated and dome-shaped nodules. Ulcers often occur. Damage has no certain predilection site, but can occur in armpit, arm, thigh, head and pudendum, but the most common one is head. About 20% of patients have tenderness. This disease is more common in patients aged 20 ~ 50, and usually the number of female patients is twice that of male patients.
