Rhabdomyosarcoma is a highly malignant tumor and is the most common soft tissue sarcoma in children, with 20% occurring in pelvic cavity and reproductive tract. Foreign studies have found that rhabdomyosarcoma of female reproductive tract accounts for about 3.5%. Among them, rhabdomyosarcoma of vulva (13%). It is easy to occur around labia majora, clitoris and urethra. The tumor grows rapidly and metastasizes early.
