In 2 cases, the disease recurred for 3 ~ 4 years, resulting in biliary colic. Some patients have mild anemia. Delayed cutaneous porphyria (PCT) has been reported with systemic lupus erythematosus, non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus, chronic lymphocytic leukemia and AIDS. Congenital erythropoietic porphyria (CEP) can cause severe mutilation such as limb contracture, incomplete ear, nose and fingers, cheek scar, eyelid ectropion, eyeball adhesion and cicatricial alopecia after repeated attacks.
