Brief introduction of hypercontraction of uterus

Uterine contraction force is the main labor force, and uterine contraction force runs through the whole labor process. In the process of delivery, the rhythm, symmetry and polarity of uterine contraction are abnormal or the intensity and frequency are changed, which is called abnormal uterine contraction force. Clinically, obstructive dystocia is often formed due to abnormal birth canal or fetal factors, which increases the resistance of fetus passing through birth canal and leads to secondary abnormal fertility. Abnormal uterine contractility is clinically divided into two categories: uterine contractility fatigue and uterine contractility, and each category is characterized by coordinated uterine contraction and uncoordinated uterine contraction. Excessive uterine contraction means that the rhythm, symmetry and polarity of uterine contraction are normal, and only the uterine contraction force is too strong.
