Obstetrical shock examination

1. Peripheral blood, leukocyte increase, neutrophil increase, hemoglobin, erythrocytopenia, thrombocytopenia, etc.

2. Freeze-dried human fibrinogen (fibrinogen), prothrombin determination, euglobulinolysis test, protamine paracagulation test, fibrin degradation products and clot test, and abnormal fibrinolysis test can confirm the occurrence of DCI.

3. Biochemical, electrolyte, liver and kidney function examination.

B-ultrasound, X-ray and electrocardiogram were selected according to clinical manifestations, symptoms and signs.
