Maternal-fetal blood group incompatibility is isoimmunity caused by blood group incompatibility between pregnant women and fetuses. In 1938 Darrow realized that fetal blood is an antigen that causes diseases. The blood group antigen obtained by the father heredity of the fetus is just lacking by the mother. This antigen enters the mother through the placenta, making the mother have the same kind of immunity, and the antibody produced passes again...
