Tubular small sweat adenocarcinoma (ductal eccrine adenocarcinoma) is the most common small sweat adenocarcinoma. It is often a single slow-growing mass with a diameter of 5cm. Before the patient goes to see a doctor, the mass has appeared for several months or even years.
