Brief introduction of primary cutaneous tuberculosis syndrome

Primary complex of cutaneous tuberculosis syndrome, also known as tuberculuschancre or tuberculous chancre, has never been infected with various types of tuberculosis before, lacks acquired immunity to Mycobacterium tuberculosis, and is skin tuberculosis caused by primary skin infection with Mycobacterium tuberculosis. It is more common in children and scattered in adults. Mycobacterium tuberculosis is mostly caused by direct inoculation of skin through slight skin trauma. Due to the difference of immunity, toxicity and invasion route of Mycobacterium tuberculosis, this disease can have many types of clinical manifestations.
