Brief introduction of mycotic vulvitis

When the body's resistance is weakened or the antagonism between microbial communities is out of balance, this bacterium causes candidiasis. The occurrence of vulvae and vaginitis is related to pregnancy, diabetes, vulvar injury or impregnation, oral contraceptives, antibiotics and other immunosuppressive drugs, changes in immunity or glucose metabolism between cells during pregnancy, or abundant sugar storage in vaginal epithelium. Vaginal epithelial cells glycogen increases, acidity increases, mold propagation rapidly causes inflammation, so it is more common in pregnant women, diabetes and patients receiving estrogen treatment. Long-term use of antibiotics may inhibit other bacteria in intestinal tract or skin and lead to active candida.
