Brief introduction of granulosa cell tumor

Malignant granulosa cell tumors are rare, often occurring in skin or subcutaneous tissue, and a few are also found in bladder and larynx. It usually occurs in adults, and the ratio of male to female is 1: 3. There are two types, one is clinical malignant and histological benign; The other is malignant clinically and histologically. Ulcers often occur. The previously recognized malignant criteria are: 1. Pathological morphology is benign, but clinical recurrence or metastasis; 2. The size is larger than 4-5cm, mitotic 2/10 HPF, spindle cell tumor, large nucleus with obvious nucleolus, necrosis, rapid growth or recurrence, all these six phenomena need not be possessed.
