Brief introduction of cervical infertility

Infertility caused by cervical diseases accounts for about 5% ~ 10% of infertility. Cervical morphology and cervical mucus function change periodically under the influence of ovarian hormones, and the characteristic changes of cervical function during ovulation are beneficial to sperm passing through, thus ensuring that a considerable number of sperm continuously enter the uterine cavity for capacitation. The main mechanism of cervical infertility is abnormal cervical anatomy and cervical mucus.
