Hydrosalpinx is a common type of chronic tubal inflammation. After salpingitis, or because of adhesion atresia, the secretion of mucosal cells accumulates in the lumen, or because of tubal inflammation, isthmus and umbrella end adhesion occur, and after obstruction, tubal pus is formed.
