Homoimmune neonatal thrombocytopenic purpura (NAT) is a type of congenital thrombocytopenic purpura, which is characterized by asymptomatic at birth, normal platelets, scattered purpura in the whole body several hours after birth, and intracranial hemorrhage in severe thrombocytopenia.
