great sweat adenocarcinoma

Great sweat adenocarcinoma (apocrine carcinoma) is rare. It is common in the distribution area of apocrine glands, mainly occurring in armpit. There are deformed apocrine glands, Moll glands and cerumen glands in eyelid and external auditory canal respectively. It is difficult to identify the origin of sweat glands in moderate or poorly differentiated sweat adenocarcinoma.
