first degree atrioventricular block

First degree atrioventricular block (ⅰ ° AVB) refers to the prolongation of atrioventricular conduction time beyond the normal range, but every atrial excitation can still be transmitted to the ventricle, which is also called atrioventricular conduction delay. On electrocardiogram, P-R interval reached or exceeded 0.21 s (0.18 s for children under 14 years old), and QRS wave followed each P wave.
