extensive fibrosis syndrome of extraocular muscles

Extensive extraocular muscle fibrosis syndrome (general extraocular muscle fibrosis syndrome) is a congenital myofascial differentiation abnormality of all extraocular muscles in both eyes or monocular eyes, and almost all extraocular muscle tissues are replaced by fibrous tissues. It belongs to extraocular muscle hypoplasia and is a familial autosomal dominant hereditary disease, which is rare in clinic.
