According to literature reports, when skin pain occurs, the plasma catecholamine level increases, noradrenaline is 726ng/L (plasma) before bath, 1103ng/L after bath (normal 120 ~ 180ng/L), epinephrine is 120ng/L before bath, 163ng/L after bath (normal less than 60ng/L), total catecholamine is 854ng/L before bath and 1296ng/L after bath (normal 140 ~ 730ng/L). Blood cell count, blood biochemical indexes and urine test are normal, IgA, IgG, C3, albumin and fibrinogen are normal.

Skin biopsy was normal, and mast cell count was normal.
