Histopathology: The tissue image has characteristics, which is a mass with unclear boundary between dermis and subcutaneous tissue. The tumor cells are large and polygonal, forming nests and cords. The cells have abundant fine granular and pale phenolic cytoplasm, and the nucleus is small and round, which is located in the center of the cells. Mitotic images are rare or absent. The upper epidermis often shows obvious epithelioma hyperplasia. PAS staining was positive in cytoplasmic granules and amylase-resistant. Under electron microscope, the granular membrane in cytoplasm is lysosome and autophagy.

Immunohistochemistry showed that the cells were positive for S-100 protein, CD57 (leu-7), peripheral myelin phospholipoprotein, neuron-specific enolase and wavy fibrin.
