the etiology of Mycobacterium scrofula infection and what are the causes of Mycobacterium scrofula infection

The main etiology of Mycobacterium scrofula infection is Mycobacterium scrofula infection

First, the cause of the disease

Mycobacterium scrofulaceum (mycobacterium scrofulaceum), the pathogen of mycobacterium scrofulaceum infection, is widely distributed in nature, and exists in warm and humid soil and water environment with low pH, low dissolved oxygen, high soluble zinc and humic acid. Tissue culture is characterized by producing yellow pigment in dark. Colonies are produced on Roche medium at 30 ℃ and 37 ℃ for 2 ~ 3 weeks, but do not grow below 25 ℃. If it is cultured at 37 ℃ for 3 days and then at 25 ℃, it can grow rapidly. The colony formed is smooth and moist with yellow film, and its color remains unchanged when exposed to light. The colony is larger than tuberculosis bacteria, and its acid resistance is strong. The enzyme reaction is strongly positive, and nicotinic acid test is negative. It is sensitive to sulfanilamide and erythromycin, but resistant to isoniazid and PAS.

The pathogenesis is unclear.
