Dietary principles of polycystic ovary syndrome

Dietotherapy for polycystic ovary syndrome:

Diet 1:

① 30g of Angelica sinensis, 30g of Astragalus membranaceus, 65g of ginger and 250g of mutton. Cut mutton into pieces, shred ginger, wrap Angelica sinensis and Astragalus membranaceus with gauze, add proper amount of water into a tile pot, stew until thoroughly cooked, remove dregs, season and take. Take it once a day for 3 ~ 5 days every month. ② Astragalus membranaceus 30g, Lycium barbarum 30g and 1 young pigeon. Wash young pigeons, wrap them in Astragalus membranaceus cloth, add proper amount of water in a stewing pot, stew them in water, season them and drink soup to eat meat. Stew once every other day and take it 4 ~ 5 times a month.

Diet 2:

① 50 grams of turtle shell and 1 white dove. Wash the white dove, break the turtle shell, put it into the belly of the white dove, and put it together
