Confusing disease: papular urticaria varicella

The disease should be distinguished from the following diseases:

Papular urticaria: The rash suddenly occurs, showing wind-like papules, which has little to do with seasons, does not necessarily have a history of contact with grains and weeds, and is not easy to find insects.

Scabies: Itching is severe, especially at night, with typical hair-prone parts. Scabies mites or eggs can often be found in thin skin lesions such as fingers, wrists and armpits.

Chickenpox: The onset is mostly in spring, more common in children, and has a history of contact infection. The rash is mainly blisters, which are distributed centripwise. Erythema, papules, herpes, blisters and scabs can be seen, which can involve mucous membranes. Before the rash, there are often systemic symptoms such as fever and fatigue, and there is no contact history with grains and weeds.
