Identification of highly pathogenic avian influenza virus infection

Clinically, attention should be paid to differential diagnosis with influenza, common cold, bacterial pneumonia, chlamydia pneumonia, mycoplasma pneumonia, infectious atypical pneumonia, enterovirus infection, cytomegalovirus infection, leptospirosis, infectious mononucleosis and other diseases.

Take influenza and enterovirus infection as examples to illustrate the difference between symptoms:

(1) The main symptoms of influenza are

High fever, body temperature can reach 39 ~ 40 ℃, accompanied by chills, generally lasting 2 ~ 3 days; Systemic poisoning symptoms are severe, such as headache, dizziness, fatigue and systemic soreness; Symptoms such as long duration and fatigue after normal body temperature can last for 1 ~ 2 weeks; Respiratory catarrh symptoms are mild, often with sore throat, and a few have nasal congestion and runny nose; A few have nausea, loss of appetite, diarrhea, vomiting, abdominal pain and so on. There are a few patients with digestive tract symptoms as the main manifestation.

(2) Enterovirus infection

If it is respiratory tract infection, it can cause lower respiratory tract infection such as infant pneumonia. Enterovirus 68 can cause bronchiolitis and pneumonia in children.
