how to diagnose and differentiate Kou fever-Kou fever is easy to confuse disease

(1) Acute Kou fever should be distinguished from diseases such as influenza, typhoid fever, leptospirosis and mycoplasma pneumonia.

For example, the incubation period of leptospirosis is 2-20 days, generally 7-12 days. Because of the difference in the immune level of the infected person and the difference in the infected strain, it can directly affect their clinical manifestations. Edward and Domm divided leptospirosis into the first stage (septicemia) and the second stage (immune response stage).

(2) Chronic Kou fever should be differentiated from brucellosis, chronic viral hepatitis, rheumatic heart disease and other diseases.

For example, brucellosis is mainly manifested as wave fever, orchitis, etc., if the blood, bone marrow, pus and other cultures are positive.
